Mamiya Super 23 viewinder sometimes has viewfinder with cloudy condition.
As I cleaned the parts several time, I will write memo with pictures.

Disassembly
1. Unscrew 4 locaions.
There are 4 locations to take off screws that lock the black plate top.
Unscrew the screw right and left plate both.
It is not necessary to unscrew this screws at top location for flash light.
Unscrew the screw back.
Unscrew this part as well to remove the black pannel.
2. Remove the black pannel.
Some force is necessary to remove the black pannel. Carefully remove the panel to top direction.
3. Remove the panel just above the view finder.
Just unscrew a screrew to remove the black plate. Then you can access inside the view finder.
Left top may be stick to mechanism. Adjusting angle, please take off the plate carefully.
4. Check inside viewfinder.
Check where is cloudy location. In this case, the lens left has some haze. You can clean the right plate with some access as well, if necessary.
5. Remove viewfinder eyepiece
It is easy to clean the eyepiece lens by removing since there are several lens inside to clean.
First, you need to peer off the leather a little bit for access 4 screws in red circle location.
You do not need to peer off the leather completely for easier re-assembly.
Peer off the leather by screw driver, flat.
Remove eyepiece block.
2.Cleaning
You need to remove several lens, but please pay attention to lens direction for reassebmly for right focusing, not to put upside down…
You can remove lens then check the cloud. Clean if necessary by cleaning liquid.
Red circle location is cloudy.
After lens cleaning, it became very clear!
3. Re-assembly
For re-assembly, I reommend take shots by digital camera every step, then you can chek it when you have difficulty for re-assebmly.
4.Summary
In my experiences, it is dependant the location where cloudy part exist.
I usually use and select three kind of cleaner by obseving the lens.
