How to drink Neem
Two ways
1) As Hot Tea
Like drinking usual tea, put one tea bag inside pod, and pour about 80 degrees C hot water.
Wait one minute.
Pour to cup and drink.
Note: If the bag is stowed in the pod, it will increase bitterness. So, take it away after one minute.
For secound cup, put the bag and you can pour imediately.
Use one bag a day.
2) As Cold Drink
Boil 1L to 1.5L water in the kettle. After boiling, cool down to 70 to 80 degrees C.
Then put a tea bag inside Kettle.
Wait 5 minutes for extracting.
Pour to container for cooling in refrigerator.
Note: Hot one is bitter. Cold one is gentle taste, less bitter.
3) With coffee
Neem is good with coffee by blending. This way will reduce neem-oriented bitterness.
You can put coffee in neem tea, or drip coffee with neem tea bag.
