1. Purchase the item you want. ( Please consult us if you have any questions of the item before you decide to purchase. ) Before your purchase, we check whethere it is prohibited items by airplane or not.
2. Check the item before shipping. 
3. Support coordination of the item when you have concerns before or after getting the item.
   Please note: Refund or return of the item after shipping is not possible except delivery company compensation. Before shipping, it depends on item/shops your purchase in case of anomaly.
4. Consult shipping method, i.e. lowest, quickest, or by Japan Post, Fedex express services, DHL..
5. Pack it carefully and send it to you.

How to purchase

1. Email to me the URL of the item you want to purchase, with shipping options (Default: EMS) and any request/questions if you have. 
2. We check the item and evaluate seller reliability including return condition.
3. We reply price, yen rate to US$, the seller reliability with answers to your questions if any.
4. If you decide to order it, please pay through PayPal.
5. We purchase it.
6. We will receive it, check it and ship it to you by wrapping it carefully. If there are any issues on the delivered item to us, we may return it and full refund to you before shipping to you.  Note that all items cannot be returned.
7. After you get the item, and if you see any issues, we will help you to assist solve the issues such as damage during shipment, or the item does not work correctly. Please note that the return condition depends on the seller and you need to pay the return shipping fee to Japan in case you can return. Please consult us on this condition if you have concerns about the item before you buy.

FEDEX.  A little bit expensive　4days 40US$
*Japan Post may delay by airplane condition. Shipping country is restricted. In particular, under coronavirus problems.
